In 2004, Freedom Recruitment Group launched Think Recruitment, which became the foundation for future ventures. Built on ambition and industry understanding, it demonstrated that a recruitment business could grow and thrive.

Freedom Recruitment Capital
In 2020, Freedom Recruitment Group launched Freedom Recruitment Capital to help experienced recruiters start their own agencies, offering support without upfront investment. This initiative demonstrates the group's commitment to innovation in the recruitment sector.
2023
Freedom Investments
In 2023, Freedom Recruitment Group launched Freedom Investments to acquire recruitment businesses, enhancing service offerings and driving growth within the sector.
2025
Exploring Opportunities
In 2025, Freedom Recruitment Group expanded by investing in non-recruitment businesses. Founder Darren Isles, passionate about marketing, invested in his first marketing venture, ERG Management. He is exploring new opportunities, as the sky is the limit.
